2. Products & Services We sell digital products (e-books, planners, and downloadable content), print-on-demand physical products, and fashion education courses through the BAD ASS Academy. All digital products are delivered electronically via download link.

3. Pricing All prices are displayed in GBP (£). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. You will always be charged the price shown at the time of purchase.

4. Digital Products Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use the digital content for your own personal or business use. You may not resell, redistribute, share, or reproduce any digital product without written permission.

5. Academy & Courses Access to academy content is granted upon payment. Course materials are for personal use only and may not be shared or reproduced. We reserve the right to update course content at any time.

6. Intellectual Property All content on this site — including text, images, downloads, and course materials — is the intellectual property of BAD ASS and may not be copied or used without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, BAD ASS shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our products or services.
