Digital Products Digital products are delivered instantly or within minutes of purchase via a download link sent to your email. No physical shipping is involved. If you do not receive your download link, please check your spam folder or contact us at hello@bemorebadass.co.uk
Physical Products (Print-on-Demand) Our physical products are printed and fulfilled on demand by our production partner, Printify. Please allow:
- Production time: 2–7 business days
- UK shipping: 3–5 business days after dispatch
- International shipping: 7–20 business days after dispatch (varies by destination)
Shipping times are estimates and may vary during busy periods. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Please Note
- We do not ship to PO Boxes
- International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or courier services
Order Issues If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days at hello@bemorebadass.co.uk with your order number and we will work with our fulfilment partner to resolve it.
