At BAD ASS, our products are print-on-demand items fulfilled by Printify. Because each item is made to order especially for you, please read our returns policy carefully.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days and we will resolve this for you promptly.

Digital Products

All digital products (including downloads, courses, and digital files) are non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital goods, once a purchase has been made and the product has been delivered or made accessible, we are unable to offer a refund. Please ensure you read the product description carefully before purchasing.
