TikTok: 48 followers | 7,716 views | 198 likes over 8 days. The numbers are moving — slowly but surely.

On Privacy — A Real Concern

I am a very private person. So when Google Ads asks you to put your name as the advertiser, it gives me pause. Is it actually necessary? I’m not entirely sure — and I’m still wary of it.

The same goes for Shopify. By default, your home address can appear on your store. That’s not something I’m comfortable with. My preference is to use the Printify address since they handle the fulfilment — it makes sense practically and protects my privacy at the same time.

If you’re building a brand and value your anonymity, be conscious of where your personal details are showing up online. Check your store settings, your ad accounts, and your domain registration. Privacy matters — and it’s easy to overlook when you’re focused on growth.

A New Idea is Brewing …

I’ve been thinking about a new product range: ‘Be BAD ASS at…’

The concept? Educational video guides helping people master things they find intimidating. Think:

  • Be BAD ASS at Shopify — navigating the platform, setting up your store, avoiding the pitfalls
  • Be BAD ASS at Tax — going digital is a growing area, and with my background in accounts, this feels like a natural fit

It’s early days — just an idea at this stage — but it feels aligned with the BAD ASS mission: helping bold people get better at the things that matter.
