Day 76 – I Focus on Solutions and Growth
"I focus on solutions and growth."
Where your focus goes, your energy flows.
Every situation you face has two places you can put your attention: the problem, or the solution. The blame, or the growth. Most people default to the problem — analysing it, talking about it, dwelling on it — without ever moving towards what could actually change it. A BADASS acknowledges the problem and then immediately asks: what can I do about it?
Focus on solutions. Focus on growth. That's where the power is.
The Anti-BADASS Trap
An Anti-BADASS focuses on problems and blame.
"This always happens to me."
"It's their fault things are like this."
"There's nothing I can do."
"Why does everything go wrong?"
"I can't move forward until this is fixed by someone else."
They become experts in the problem. They can describe it in detail, explain exactly why it happened, and identify everyone responsible — but they never move forward. Because blame keeps you stuck. Solutions move you forward.
The BADASS Alternative
A BADASS focuses on solutions and growth.
They acknowledge what's wrong without dwelling in it.
They ask "what can I do?" instead of "why did this happen?"
They look for the lesson in every setback and use it to grow.
They know that a solution-focused mind finds opportunities where others only see obstacles.
You can't change what you focus on the problem. You can change everything when you focus on the solution.
Today's Challenge
Think of one problem or frustration you're currently facing. Instead of focusing on what went wrong or who's to blame, ask yourself: what's one thing I can do today to move towards a solution?
Shift your focus. Change your outcome.
Today's BADASS Reminder
BADASS: Focuses on solutions and growth.
Anti-BADASS: Focuses on problems and blame.
One moves forward. One stays stuck.
Stay focused.
Stay disciplined.
Stay BADASS. 💪🔥
