Day 70 – I Value Effort
"I value effort."
Outcomes are not always in your control. Effort always is.
We live in a results-obsessed world. Everyone wants the win, the sale, the number, the outcome. But outcomes are influenced by timing, luck, market conditions, and a hundred other factors outside your control. What you can always control is how much effort you bring. And effort, consistently applied, is what eventually produces the outcomes you want.
A BADASS values the effort — because they know the results will follow.
The Anti-BADASS Trap
An Anti-BADASS only values outcomes.
"If it didn't work, what was the point?"
"I tried and it didn't pay off, so I stopped."
"I only feel good about it if I get the result."
"Effort without results is wasted effort."
"I need to see the win to keep going."
They dismiss the process and only celebrate the prize. And when the prize doesn't come immediately, they quit — right before the breakthrough.
The BADASS Alternative
A BADASS values effort above all else.
They show up and give their best regardless of the immediate outcome.
They know that every effort builds skill, resilience, and momentum.
They celebrate the work, not just the win.
They trust that consistent effort compounds — and the results will come.
Effort is the one thing you can always be proud of, whatever the outcome.
Today's Challenge
Reflect on something you've been doing consistently. Acknowledge the effort you've put in — regardless of where the results are right now. Give yourself credit for showing up.
Then keep going. The effort is never wasted.
Today's BADASS Reminder
BADASS: Values effort.
Anti-BADASS: Only values outcomes.
One controls what they can. One chases what they can't.
Stay focused.
Stay disciplined.
Stay BADASS. 💪🔥
