Day 6 – It's a Marathon, Not a Sprint (And That's Okay)
Let's be real — Day 6 has been a tough one.
Some days just hit differently, and when you're someone who battles anxiety and depression, a slow day doesn't just feel slow — it can feel like failure. It isn't. But try telling your brain that at 11pm when you're exhausted and the numbers aren't where you want them to be.
So let's talk about what this journey actually looks like from the inside.
What People Don't See
From the outside, building a brand online might look like posting a few things and watching the followers roll in. The reality? Every single day I'm juggling:
- Promoting across platforms
- Editing videos
- Creating new content
- Writing this blog
- Running a 9–5 job
It is constant. It is relentless. And right now, it can feel like there's no reward for any of it.
But here's the thing — that feeling is a liar.
Progress Is Still Progress, Even When It's Slow
Even on the hard days, even when the stats feel small, even when you're running on empty — if you showed up, you moved forward. That matters. Full stop.
This is a marathon, not a sprint. Nobody wins a marathon by sprinting the first mile and burning out. You pace yourself. You keep going. You trust the process even when the process feels brutal.
If you're someone who deals with anxiety or depression, down days can hit so much harder. The self-doubt gets louder. The comparison trap gets deeper. But those feelings are not facts — and getting through a hard day is its own kind of win.

Keep Going
If you're reading this on a hard day too — whether you're building something, fighting your own battles, or just trying to get through — I see you. Keep going.
The bad days are part of it. They don't cancel the good ones. They don't erase the progress. They're just part of the marathon.
See you tomorrow. 💪
Be Badass.
