Day 40 – I Build Habits That Support My Goals
"I build habits that support my goals."
You do not rise to the level of your goals.
You fall to the level of your habits.
This is one of the most important truths in personal development — and most people completely ignore it.
They set ambitious goals.
They make bold plans.
They feel the excitement of a fresh start.
And then they go back to the same habits that have always kept them exactly where they are.
The Anti-BADASS Trap
An Anti-BADASS builds habits that sabotage their future.
They say they want to be healthy — but they reach for the phone before they reach for the water.
They say they want to build a business — but they spend their evenings watching other people live their dreams.
They say they want financial freedom — but they spend impulsively and save nothing.
Their daily habits and their stated goals are in direct conflict.
And habits always win.
The BADASS Alternative
A BADASS audits their habits ruthlessly.
They ask: “Does this habit move me closer to who I want to be — or further away?”
And they are honest with the answer.
They build morning routines that set the tone.
They create environments that make good habits easy and bad habits hard.
They understand that every habit is a vote for the person they are becoming.
Cast enough votes in the right direction — and transformation is inevitable.
Today's Challenge
Write down your three most consistent daily habits.
Now ask yourself honestly: do these habits support your goals — or sabotage them?
If they support you, protect them fiercely.
If they sabotage you, choose one to replace today.
Not all of them.
Just one.
One new vote for the person you are becoming.
Today's BADASS Reminder
BADASS: Builds habits that support their goals.
Anti-BADASS: Builds habits that sabotage their future.
One designs their life with intention.
The other drifts into a life they never chose.
Stay focused.
Stay disciplined.
Stay BADASS. 💪🔥
