Day 26 – I Keep Promises To Myself

BADASS vs Anti-BADASS: Day 26

BADASS 💪

"I keep promises to myself."

A BADASS treats self-promises like contracts. They start when they say they'll start. They follow through when it's inconvenient. They show up for themselves the same way they'd show up for someone they deeply respect. Because they understand that every promise kept to yourself builds self-trust — and self-trust is the foundation of everything. Confidence, discipline, momentum — it all starts with keeping your word to yourself.

Anti-BADASS 🚫

"I constantly break promises to myself."

The Anti-BADASS says they'll start Monday. They'll go to the gym "this week." They'll work on the business "when things calm down." They make promises to themselves and break them so often they've stopped believing their own word. And when you stop trusting yourself, everything becomes harder — decisions, commitments, follow-through. The cycle of broken promises quietly erodes self-respect.

Today's challenge: Make one small promise to yourself right now and keep it before the day is out. It doesn't have to be big — it just has to be done. Every kept promise rebuilds the trust you have in yourself. 💪
