Day 22 – I Learn From Criticism
BADASS vs Anti-BADASS: Day 22
BADASS 💪
"I learn from criticism."
A BADASS knows that criticism is information. They filter the noise, extract the lesson, and use it as fuel. The people who never get criticised are the people who never do anything worth talking about. You can't grow in a bubble. You can't improve without feedback. And you definitely can't build something great while protecting your ego from every uncomfortable truth.
Anti-BADASS 🚫
"I let criticism stop me."
The Anti-BADASS hears feedback and shuts down. They take every critique personally, every comment as an attack, every correction as proof they're not good enough. So they stop. They shrink. They play it safe to avoid being judged again. But playing it safe doesn't protect you — it just keeps you small.
Today's challenge: Think of one piece of criticism you've received recently. Write down one genuine lesson you can take from it and one action you'll take because of it. Use the feedback as fuel. 🔥
