Day 2 – The BADASS Mindset: Going Faceless on TikTok

Day 2. Let's Talk About Doing It Scared.

I suffer with depression and anxiety.

The idea of putting myself on social media? Terrifying.

So I didn't.

Instead, I went faceless — and I started posting anyway.

Because that's what a BADASS mindset looks like. Not fearless. Just doing it despite the fear.

The Experiment: TikTok, Daily, No Excuses

Seven days ago I made a decision. Post every single day on TikTok. No skipping. No excuses.

Day 1 results?

  • ❤️ 148 likes

Zero followers. And I'm still here. Still posting. That's the BADASS way.

The numbers don't define the mission. The consistency does.

The Tools (Real Talk)

I edit using CapCut. It makes TikTok editing so much easier — transitions, captions, effects, all in one place.

Is it free? Not entirely. There's a subscription at £10/month, but right now there's an introductory offer of just £1.09 for the first month. Worth every penny when you're starting out.

Day 1 took ages to edit. Day 7? Much faster. It gets easier. Keep going.

My 3 BADASS Goals

I'm not just posting for views. I'm posting with purpose. Here's what I'm working towards:

  1. 🔥 Build a real presence on social media — and promote my business unapologetically
  2. 💧 Drink more water — because health is wealth and small habits matter
  3. 🚪 Leave my 9-5 — this is the big one. The reason behind everything.

Every post is a step closer. Every day I show up is a vote for the life I'm building.

The Honest Truth

TikTok trends, algorithms, CapCut edits, hashtags — it's a lot to learn.

But here's what I know: confusion is temporary. Quitting is permanent.

I'm figuring it out one day at a time. And so can you.
