Day 18 – I Compete With Who I Was Yesterday

BADASS vs Anti-BADASS: Day 18

BADASS 💪

"I compete with who I was yesterday."

The only race worth running is the one against your former self. A BADASS measures progress by their own growth — are they sharper, stronger, more consistent than they were last week? Last month? Last year? That's the only scoreboard that matters.

When you compete with yourself, you always have a worthy opponent — and you always have the power to win.

Anti-BADASS 🚫

"I compare myself to everyone else."

Comparison is the thief of joy — and the killer of momentum. The Anti-BADASS scrolls, compares, and concludes they're not enough. But they're comparing their behind-the-scenes to everyone else's highlight reel. It's a rigged game and they keep playing it.

Today's challenge: Write down one way you are better today than you were 30 days ago. That's your win. That's your competition. 🖤
